Home Inspection

With any home purchase hiring a home inspector is part of the process.  I personally feel it’s a tall order to find an inspector who knows what to look for in all the trades.  Home inspectors have been know to use only a camera pole and no tall extension ladders when inspecting exteriors.

Repairs to exteriors can be costly and full of hidden surprises. Having someone who actually works almost exclusively on exteriors coupled with years of experience can potentially save you thousands of dollars and/or help with your purchasing decision.
